Ryan's food allergies are in, and there are quite a few. Fortunately we only had to do the elimination diet for about 2 weeks before he was able to get allergy testing done and figure out exactly what he is allergic to.
The main culprits (which are hidden in EVERYTHING and he has to be certain to avoid) are:
soy
eggs
nuts (especially peanuts and almonds, but all nuts really)
Then the randoms are:
Peas
Squash
Carrots
Barley
Lima Beans
Cantaloupe
Watermelon
Brewer's Yeast
(If he has these ones in small amounts, it's okay...except for Lima Beans and Brewer's Yeast because his reaction to those was quite high).
And with me not eating dairy right now, that pretty much makes us meat-eating vegans. :)

Love your title for this post. And actually this post will be very helpful in planning meals when you guys come over...:)
Cantaloupe and Watermelon would be hard for me - especially in the summer. I love melons.
Is this a relatively new allergy? What alerted you to it?

i'm sure that life on the farm would be beneficial for this situation!
