This evening our friends from Congo came over with their 'new' baby, Yvonne! It was wonderful. In fact, I cried when they left because I loved seeing them and having them here so much. Their hearts are so big and full of love and generosity.

There was a whole lot of baby swapping going on...




...as well as bonding between the little ones...


Vitale (pronounced Vee-tall) is on the right; he's getting too big too fast! It seems like yesterday we were at his first birthday party!


We first met them 2 years ago, just 2 weeks after they arrived to the United States from Rwanda where they were in a refugee camp for many years. When they arrived Bienvenue wanted to become a pastor. Now, just two years later he is the pastor of a church that he started here in Tucson.
